Sarah Hobbs - Childminder
Sarah Hobbs is a childminder from Kent. She attended the 3 day FCCERS self-evaluation course in 2013. In her case study, she shares the changes she has made to the way in which she displays children's work. She also says "having undertaken this training I found it to be a real eye opener. Some things cannot be achieved without knocking down walls to make more space, but I intend to continue to use this rating scale to reflect on my practice. Being a Peer Mentor and leader of my local childminding group I look forward to strengthening my knowledge and implementing it to the benefit of others".
